Responsibilities

• Monitors market conditions and competitive landscape to win accounts.
• Analyzes risk, underwriting performance and trends to inform plans.
• Targets production, profitability and service objectives for complex accounts.
• Manages workflow and coordinates with teams to meet SLAs.
• Leads agency business planning and develops strategies to grow in assigned territory.
