Qualifications

• Human Services and Nonprofit industry-specific experience.
• Strong business development skills with agency management orientation.
• Five years in Human Services and Nonprofit accounts with knowledge of Casualty underwriting (GL, PL, Abuse & Molestation).

Responsibilities

• Market, manage and underwrite commercial business with select agencies or brokers.
• Drive profit and premium to meet financial goals through developing and implementing business plans.
• Lead agencies by creating sales strategies and processes to drive new sales and retention.
• Collaborate with internal partners to expand Nationwide presence.
