• Commercial underwriting experience with authority.
• Human Services and Nonprofit industry experience.
• Strong business development and agency management orientation.
• Five+ years handling Human Services and Nonprofit accounts with casualty underwriting knowledge (General Liability, Professional Liability, Abuse & Molestation).

Responsibilities

• Monitor market conditions and competitive landscape; confirm information gathered.
• Research risk factors to win accounts.
• Analyze underwriting quality and risk exposure; prepare reports.
• Review agency books and performance trends to drive plans.
• Analyze regional underwriting performance and propose improvements.
• Achieve production, profitability and service objectives.
• Quote, price and underwrite complex or service-sensitive accounts.
• Coordinate agency visits and manage workflow to meet SLAs.
