Stonhard is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive B2B growth across construction, industrial, and commercial markets. Expect in-person client calls, activity targets for quotes and orders, and travel to project sites. The role includes a high earning potential with commissions and a strong benefits package.

You will manage customer records in Salesforce, pursue new opportunities with ZoomInfo, and coordinate with installation crews, with optional home-office work when not in the field.

Qualifikationen

• Two or more years of B2B sales experience in construction/industrial/commercial markets.
• Strong oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills.
• Ability to thrive in a self-directed and fast-changing environment with flexibility.
• CRM experience with Salesforce and ZoomInfo; proficiency with Microsoft 365.

Aufgaben

• Drive B2B sales growth through in-person sales calls by meeting/exceeding activity goals for quotes and orders.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities (ZoomInfo subscription provided) and implement effective sales solutions quickly.
• Maintain accurate customer records, project details and activity logs using Salesforce CRM.
• Oversee project management responsibilities at installation sites, coordinating work with installation crews.
