Job summary

Stonhard is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to drive B2B sales growth in construction and industrial markets. You will meet activity goals for quotes and orders, identify new business opportunities, and coordinate project details with installation crews.

The role requires strong communication and self-direction in a dynamic environment, with field responsibilities and some home-office flexibility.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of related B2B sales experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-changing, self-directed environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales growth through in-person calls and quote/order activity goals.
• Identify new business opportunities and implement sales solutions quickly.
• Maintain accurate customer records, project details and activity logs in Salesforce.
• Coordinate installation site work with installation crews and Construction Division.
