Job summary

Stonhard is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive B2B growth in our Cedar Rapids region. You will meet with clients, manage project details, and close orders through proactive sales solutions. This field-based role includes occasional weekend work and coordination with installation crews.

You’ll rely on CRM tools like Salesforce and ZoomInfo, with strong communication and organizational skills essential to success in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of B2B sales experience in construction, industrial, or commercial markets.
• Strong verbal and written communication; presentation and planning skills.
• Ability to thrive in a self-directed, fast-changing environment with high flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales growth through in-person calls and meet activity goals for quotes and orders.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and implement effective sales solutions quickly.
• Maintain accurate customer records, project details and activity logs using Salesforce CRM.
• Oversee project management at installation sites, coordinating with installation crews.
