Westlake Pipe & Fittings is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales across Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, Washington, D.C., and Central/Eastern Pennsylvania. The role focuses on pull-through sales by educating engineers, owners, municipalities, contractors, and distributors about Certa-Lok products, while expanding market share through strong relationships and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or related field.
• 3–5+ years outside sales experience.
• Multi-level pull-through sales experience.
• Strong presentation, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong numerical aptitude.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Ability to travel within assigned geographic territory.
• Valid driver’s license and good DMV record.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals and objectives.
• Create demand by educating on features and benefits of products.
• Perform professional presentations or demonstrations to customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, engineers, municipalities, contractors, and others.
• Forecast monthly sales volume with distribution partners.
• Plan and organize sales strategy for the territory.
• Coordinate major bid strategy and maintain bid calendar.
• Provide pricing, product availability and order status information.
• Prepare sales and expense reports and project updates.
• Travel up to 60–75% within the territory.
