Job summary

Westlake Pipe & Fittings is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales and profitability across the Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, Washington, D.C., and Central/Eastern Pennsylvania markets. The role focuses on pull-through sales by engaging specifiers, owners, and contractors with Westlake’s Certa-Lok PVC product systems.

Ideal candidates have 3-5+ years of outside sales experience, multi-level selling, and strong communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years' outside sales experience.
• Multi-level pull-through sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation, organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to travel within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals and objectives.
• Create demand by educating on product systems to engineers and contractors.
• Present products and services through professional demonstrations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, engineers, municipalities and contractors.
• Coordinate sales efforts with cross-functional teams.
• Forecast monthly sales volume with distribution partners.
• Provide pricing, product availability and order status information.
• Prepare sales reports and territory analyses.
