Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or related field.
• Must reside in Washington or Oregon within an hour of the airport.
• 3-5+ years of outside sales experience.
• Pipe & Fittings/ Plumbing sales experience preferred.
• Must have multi-level sale experience/pull through sales experience.
• Strong presentation, organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel within assigned geographic territory.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals and objectives.
• Create demand by educating on Certa-Lok system to engineers, owners, municipalities, contractors, and distributors.
• Establish, develop and maintain relationships with distributors, engineers, municipalities, contractors, and other key contacts within the territory.
• Build and maintain awareness of industry products and competitor activities.
• Evaluate marketing data using sales management tools to maximize efficiency.
• Travel roughly 50% within the territory.
• Provide weekly market activity and monthly territory analyses.
• Coordinate pricing policies and bid strategy with management.
• Plan sales strategy to maximize ROI for the territory.
• Participate in local, regional and national trade shows.
