Job summary

Westlake Pipe & Fittings is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales across the Mid-Atlantic region, including MD, VA, DE, DC, and parts of PA. You will educate engineers, municipalities, and contractors on the Certa-Lok product system, build distributor partnerships, and manage bids and pricing with a travel-heavy schedule.

The role emphasizes strong communication, presentation skills, and a proactive, self-starting approach in an entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business or related field.
• 3–5+ years outside sales experience in a B2B environment.
• Must reside near Baltimore, MD, Northern VA, DC, Harrisburg, PA or Philadelphia, PA.
• Willing to travel 60–75% within the territory.
• Strong presentation, organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals and objectives set by management.
• Create demand by educating on Certa-Lok system to engineers, municipalities, contractors and distributors.
• Perform professional presentations or demonstrations of products and services.
• Establish and maintain relationships with distributors, engineers and customers.
• Coordinate pricing, bids and territory analyses with sales management and other teams.
• Travel within the territory to cover accounts and opportunities.
