Job summary

Westlake Pipe & Fittings, a Westlake division, seeks a Territory Manager to drive sales in Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, Washington, D.C. and Central/Eastern Pennsylvania.

You will build demand, educate engineers and contractors, and expand relationships with distributors and municipalities. Remote position with travel about 60–75% of the time; candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, 3–5+ years outside sales experience, strong presentation skills, and the ability to exceed goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or related field.
• 3-5+ years outside sales experience.
• Multi-level pull-through sales experience.
• Must reside in or near Baltimore, MD; Northern VA; DC; Harrisburg, PA or Philadelphia, PA.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals and objectives.
• Educate engineers, owners, municipalities, contractors on Certa-Lok product system.
• Maintain relationships with distributors, engineers, municipalities, contractors and others in territory.
• Travel within territory, approximately 50-75%.
• Provide weekly market activity and monthly territory analyses.
• Forecast monthly sales with distribution and coordinate with sales management, accounting, logistics, and customer service.
