Job summary

Solenis is seeking a Territory Manager to drive profitable growth in the Midwest municipal water treatment market. You will develop growth strategies, identify new opportunities, and strengthen customer relationships across the region.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage pipelines in Salesforce, and promote value-driven solutions with a focus on safety and operational excellence. A Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of sales, business development, account management, or related commercial experience.
• Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce (SFDC).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory growth strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.
• Identify, qualify, and secure new municipal business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.
• Sell new applications and solutions by demonstrating value, ROI, and operational benefits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with municipal decision-makers, operators, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Corporate Accounts, Marketing, Pricing, and Technical teams to develop customer-focused solutions.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast through Salesforce (SFDC).
• Manage account profitability, including pricing strategy, program optimization, and accounts receivable support.
