Job summary

Solenis is seeking a Territory Manager to drive profitable growth across the Midwest municipal water treatment market. You will build new opportunities, expand current customer relationships, and deliver value through innovative solutions that improve operations and ROI.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in sales or business development, with CRM experience (Salesforce) and a proven revenue track.

Qualifications

8+ years of sales, business development, or related commercial experience.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related field.
Proven track record of revenue growth and winning new business.
Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce (SFDC).
Municipal water, wastewater, or water treatment industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute territory growth strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Identify, qualify, and win municipal business opportunities while expanding existing relationships.
Sell new applications and solutions by demonstrating ROI and operational benefits.
Maintain relationships with municipal decision-makers, operators, engineers, and stakeholders.
Collaborate with Corporate Accounts, Marketing, Pricing, and Technical teams.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast using Salesforce.
Manage account profitability, pricing strategy, and AR support.
Promote a strong safety culture and optimize treatment programs.
