Job summary

Solenis LLC is seeking a Territory Manager to drive profitable growth across the Midwest municipal water treatment market. You will develop new opportunities, expand existing relationships, and deliver solutions with measurable ROI.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage a robust Salesforce pipeline, and promote safety while delivering exceptional service to ensure long-term customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of sales, business development, account management, or related commercial experience.
• Proven track record of revenue growth and winning new business.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Municipal water, wastewater, or water treatment industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory growth strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.
• Identify, qualify, and secure new municipal business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.
• Sell new applications and solutions by demonstrating value, ROI and operational benefits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with municipal decision-makers, operators, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Corporate Accounts, Marketing, Pricing, and Technical teams to develop customer-focused solutions.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast through Salesforce.
• Manage account profitability, including pricing strategy and program optimization.
• Promote a strong safety culture by improving treatment programs and procedures at customer sites.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to maximize retention and long-term growth.
