Job summary

Solenis LLC is recruiting a Territory Manager to drive profitable growth in the Midwest municipal water treatment market. You will identify opportunities, expand customer relationships, and deliver innovative solutions that create measurable value for customers.

You will collaborate with Corporate Accounts, Marketing, Pricing, and Technical teams, maintain a Salesforce pipeline, and ensure profitability while promoting a strong safety culture across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of sales, business development, or account management experience.
• Proven track record of revenue growth and winning new business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory growth strategies to drive revenue, profitability, and market share.
• Identify, qualify, and secure municipal opportunities while expanding existing relationships.
• Sell new applications and solutions by demonstrating ROI and operational benefits.
• Build and maintain relationships with municipal decision-makers, operators, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Corporate Accounts, Marketing, Pricing, and Technical teams to tailor customer-focused solutions.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast through Salesforce (SFDC).
• Manage account profitability, including pricing strategy and accounts receivable support.
• Promote a strong safety culture by improving treatment programs and site practices.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to maximize retention and long-term growth.
