Job summary

Masimo, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Territory Manager, Alternate Care to develop and execute the sales plan for assigned territory, covering Kentucky, southern West Virginia, and surrounding markets. The role focuses on Masimo Pulse Oximetry solutions in Alternate Care settings including home care, long-term care, and hospitals, with remote work options.

You will build a sales pipeline, convert new customers, train distributors, and partner with regional teams to meet and exceed

Qualifications

• 3+ years of medical device sales experience in Acute Care or Alternate Care.
• Experience calling on Alternate Care markets including home care chains, ambulatory surgery centers, hospitals, and physician offices.
• Ability to lead productive conference call discussions and develop internal partnerships.
• Strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in strategic sales planning and execution.
• Ability to develop new relationships and manage existing customers to generate incremental sales.
• Professional communication with management, executives, staff, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and convert new customers to Masimo products in Alternate Care markets to achieve assigned sales quotas.
• Generate a sales pipeline and develop targets to meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Collaborate with Region VP and local teams to grow Alternate Care market and close new contracts.
• Complete administrative tasks in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide product and solution training to customers and support to distributors.
• Sell Masimo Pulse Oximetry and Pulse CO-Oximetry devices in defined territories.
• Build relationships with clinical support and hospital Account Executives to support market penetration.
• Meet or exceed sales objectives across all channels.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
