Job summary

Masimo, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Territory Manager for Alternate Care to develop and execute sales plans across assigned markets, including physician offices, ambulatory centers, and homecare channels. This role is remote within the United States and reports to the Regional VP of Alternate Care.

You will build a pipeline, meet or exceed quotas, train customers, and collaborate with the clinical support teams to grow Masimo products.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful and documented experience selling Medical Device solutions to Acute or Alternate Care markets.
• Experience calling on Alternate Care markets including home care chains, physicians, and ambulatory centers.
• Strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in strategic sales planning and execution.
• Ability to develop relationships and manage existing customers to generate incremental sales.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, executives, staff, peers, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and convert new customers to Masimo products in Alternate Care markets to achieve quota.
• Generate a Sales pipeline and develop key targets for assigned territory.
• Work with Region VP, clinical support, and local teams to grow Alternate Care market.
• Provide product and solution training to customers.
• Sell Masimo Pulse Oximetry devices and accessories to Alternate Care in defined territories.
• Build relationships with clinical support and hospital Account Executives to support market penetration.
• Meet or exceed sales objectives across all channels.
• Perform other duties and projects as requested.
