Job summary

Masimo, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Territory Manager for Alternate Care covering Houston, TX and East Texas. You will develop and execute the sales plan, build a strong pipeline, and grow Masimo Pulse Oximetry/CO-Oximetry solutions across Alternate Care markets including Physician offices, ASC, Homecare, and Post-Acute sectors.

You will travel up to 50-80% as required, collaborate with clinical support, and leverage Masimo’s resources to meet sales quotas while delivering excellent

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience selling Medical Device solutions to Acute or Alternate Care markets.
• Experience calling on Alternate Care markets including Home Care, Physician Offices, Ambulatory Surgery Centers, EMS and administration.
• Proven ability to lead productive conference calls and build internal partnerships.
• Strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in strategic sales planning and execution.
• Ability to develop new relationships and manage existing customers to generate incremental sales.
• Ability to communicate professionally with management, executives, staff, peers, outside Reps and customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the sales plan for assigned territory.
• Generate a Sales pipeline and develop targets to meet or exceed monthly quota.
• Meet or exceed sales objectives across Masimo products and solutions in Alternate Care markets.
• Provide product and solution training to customers as required.
• Sell Masimo Pulse Oximetry and Pulse CO-Oximetry devices and accessories to Alternate Care.
• Build relationships with clinical support and hospital Account Executives to support market penetration.
