Job summary

Masimo, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Territory Manager for Alternate Care to drive sales across multiple healthcare settings. You will develop new customers, build pipelines, and partner with regional teams to expand Masimo Pulse CO-Oximetry solutions.

You will manage remote territory coverage with strong emphasis on relationships, clinical support alignment, and achieving the monthly and annual sales targets. A strong background in medical device sales is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful, documented Medical Device sales to Acute or Alternate Care markets.
• Experience selling to Alternate Care markets (home care, ASC, etc.).
• Proven ability to lead productive conference calls and build internal partnerships.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Experience in strategic sales planning and execution.
• Ability to develop new relationships and grow existing customers.
• Professional communication with management, executives, staff, peers, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and convert new customers in Alternate Care to meet sales quota and grow Pulse CO-Oximetry sales.
• Generate pipeline and targets to meet monthly quota.
• Collaborate with Region VP and local teams to grow Alternate Care market.
• Complete admin tasks timely and professionally.
• Provide product and solution training to customers and support staff.
• Sell Pulse Oximetry and Pulse CO-Oximetry devices to Alternate Care.
• Build relationships with clinical support and hospital Account Executives.
• Meet or exceed sales objectives in all channels.
• Carry out other duties as required.
