Masimo, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Territory Manager for Alternate Care covering Houston, TX and east Texas. The role supports Masimo Pulse Co-Oximetry solutions and requires remote work flexibility with a strong sales focus.

You will build a pipeline, convert new customers, and partner with regional teams to achieve and exceed sales quotas across Alternate Care channels.

Formación

• 3+ years of successful and documented experience selling Medical Device solutions to Acute care or Alternate Care markets.
• Experience calling on Alternate Care markets including Home Care chains, physicians offices, and ambulatory centers.
• Strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50–80% and maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the sales plan for the assigned territory to meet quotas.
• Convert new customers to Masimo products in Alternate Care markets and grow existing accounts.
• Generate a sales pipeline and target key accounts to exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Collaborate with regional and local teams to expand market penetration.
