Job summary

Stonhard is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to drive B2B growth in the Columbus area. You will meet/exceed activity goals for quotes and orders, identify new business opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions to industrial and commercial clients.

The role emphasizes in-person client visits, project coordination with installation crews, and strong record-keeping in Salesforce/ZoomInfo. A valid driver's license and relocation flexibility are required.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of B2B sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and planning skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment.
• CRM systems experience (Salesforce, ZoomInfo) and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales growth through in-person calls to meet quotes and orders.
• Identify new business opportunities and implement effective sales solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and logs using Salesforce/ZoomInfo.
• Coordinate installation work with crews and field teams, including weekends/holidays as needed.
