Stonhard is seeking an energetic Outside Sales Rep to drive B2B sales growth by meeting activity goals for quotes and orders. You will identify new opportunities and coordinate with installation crews to ensure successful project delivery.

The role requires experience in construction/industrial markets, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Salesforce/ZoomInfo. Flexible to work from a home office when not in the field, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of related B2B sales experience preferred in construction, industrial or commercial markets.
• Strong oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills.
• Ability to thrive in a self-directed and fast-changing environment with a high degree of flexibility.
• CRM systems experience (Salesforce, ZoomInfo) and Microsoft 365.

Responsabilités

• Drive B2B sales growth through in-person sales calls by meeting/exceeding activity goals for quotes and orders.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and implement effective sales solutions quickly.
• Maintain accurate customer records, project details and activity logs using Salesforce CRM.
• Oversee project management at installation sites coordinating with installation crews.
