Job summary

Stonhard is looking for an ambitious Outside Sales Representative to drive B2B growth in the US market. You will conduct in-person client visits, manage quotes and orders, and leverage ZoomInfo to uncover opportunities. You’ll log activities in Salesforce and coordinate installations with the Construction Division.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in construction/industrial/commercial markets.
• Strong oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills.
• Ability to thrive in a self-directed and fast-changing environment with high flexibility.
• CRM experience (Salesforce, ZoomInfo) and Microsoft 365 proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales growth through in-person sales calls and exceed activity goals for quotes and orders.
• Identify new business opportunities and implement effective sales solutions quickly.
• Maintain accurate customer records, project details and activity logs using Salesforce CRM.
• Coordinate installation site activities with the Construction Division crews, including occasional weekend/holiday installations.
