Job summary

Stonhard is seeking an experienced B2B Sales Representative to drive growth through in-person client engagements and targeted quotes. You will manage customer records, opportunities and project details in Salesforce while coordinating with installation crews to ensure timely delivery.

The role rewards performance with uncapped earnings and a base in the $70k–$90k range, plus substantial commission potential and benefits. Remote work from a home office is supported when not visiting clients.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of related B2B sales experience preferred in construction, industrial, or commercial markets.
• Strong oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills.
• Ability to thrive in a self-directed, fast-changing environment with high flexibility.
• CRM systems (Salesforce, ZoomInfo) and Microsoft 365 proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales growth through in-person calls and meeting activity goals for quotes and orders.
• Identify new business opportunities and implement sales solutions quickly.
• Maintain accurate customer records, project details and activity logs using Salesforce CRM.
• Oversee project management at installation sites coordinating with installation crews.
