Job summary

Corteva Agriscience, covering the Eastern Michigan geography, seeks a Territory Manager for Crop Protection to represent our portfolio and drive product adoption with retailer accounts. You will build relationships, align sales expectations with customers, and collaborate with Corteva seed field sales to maximize impact.

This remote role may travel as needed. A bachelor’s degree (Ag Science, Biology, Agronomy, Business, or Economics) is preferred, along with 2–5 years of marketing or sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Ag Science, Biology, Agronomy, Business or Economics.
• 2–5 years of marketing and/or sales experience.
• Knowledge of crop protection market desirable.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with retail accounts in alignment with area sales strategies.
• Align sales performance expectations with retail accounts and deliver necessary technical skills and information.
• Collaborate with retail accounts to communicate and deliver the value proposition of crop protection products and services.
• Develop retail account plans to meet territory financial goals.
• Educate retailers and key influencers on agronomic benefits of products and services.
• Gather market trends, retail account needs, and product gaps for the commercial team.
