Job summary

Corteva Agriscience has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Account Manager (Crop Protection). This remote role covers customers West of the Rockies, working with Wilbur-Ellis and AAD, and may require travel to support business activities.

You will manage key accounts, develop plans, and drive revenue with cross-functional teams. The position demands a BS in Agronomy or related field with 8+ years of marketing/sales experience, strong leadership, and the ability to engage with senior

Qualifications

BS in Agronomy or related field with knowledge of agricultural markets.
8+ years marketing/sales experience with demonstrated consultative selling and negotiation.
Ability to work with CEOs, COOs, CFOs of Accounts.
Broad geographic and cross-functional experience is a plus.
Willingness to travel extensively; located near an airport for travel.
Strong people leadership skills.
Equivalent amounts of relevant experience may be considered.
VISA sponsorship and international relocation are not available for this position.

Responsibilities

Manage relationships with distribution accounts and key decision-makers.
Develop and implement Account Plans to advance Corteva objectives.
Align account objectives with Corteva financial targets and market goals.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and cross-functional teams to optimize programs.
