Job summary

Evergreen FS is hiring an Agronomy Account Manager for a remote, territory-based role covering Southern Michigan and Northern Indiana. You will drive consultative sales of seed and crop protection to corn and soybean producers, while delivering field-level agronomic support from a home office.

You’ll build a grower portfolio, advance wallet-share growth, and provide practical solutions backed by university research.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, Agricultural Business or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in agricultural sales, input retailing, or agronomic consulting.
• CCA designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect sub dealers and manage a portfolio of corn/soybean grower accounts.
• Serve as primary contact, delivering agronomic support and sales.
• Conduct structured agronomic consultations from hybrids to crop protection.
• Prepare and present product/program proposals and negotiate pricing.
• Develop territory growth plans and manage routes/cadences.
