Job summary

Evergreen FS, Inc. is seeking an Agronomy Account Manager to drive consultative seed and crop protection sales remotely to corn and soybean producers across a Southern Michigan and North Eastern Indiana territory. You will deliver field-level agronomic support while growing a high-autonomy book of business.

This role requires a Bachelor's in agronomy or related field and at least 3 years of agricultural sales, with travel as needed. Competitive compensation includes base pay plus commissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in agronomy, crop science, agricultural business or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in agricultural sales, input retailing, or agronomic consulting.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive agricultural market.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect sub dealers and build a portfolio of grower accounts.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and deliver high-quality agronomic and sales support.
• Conduct on-farm agronomic consultations including seed placement and crop protection design.
• Develop territory growth plans and manage routes to maximize account coverage.
• Prepare proposals and negotiate pricing within guidelines.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and coordinate with operations for on-time delivery.
