Job summary

iRhythm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a high-performing Territory Manager for the Raleigh-West, NC region to accelerate growth by acquiring new business and expanding iRhythm’s footprint in hospitals and IDNs.

You will drive adoption of the Zio platform among cardiologists, EPs, and clinical stakeholders. The role requires a proven medical device sales track record, strategic mindset, and the ability to navigate complex healthcare environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of successful sales, at least 3 years in medical device/healthcare technology.
• Experience in cardiology/EP and IDNs is highly valued.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development & Market Expansion: identify opportunities with EPs, cardiologists, and admins; grow territory; lead full sales cycle.
• Strategic Selling & Customer Engagement: present data-driven value of Zio; build relationships with KOLs and execs; drive partnerships.
• Account & Territory Management: maintain pipeline in Salesforce; train and support accounts; ensure forecast accuracy.
• Market Intelligence & Performance Monitoring: analyze territory trends; report on market shifts; meet/exceed sales goals.
