iRhythm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a high-performing, field-based Territory Manager for the Raleigh - West, North Carolina region to accelerate growth by acquiring new business and expanding our footprint in key health systems.

You will drive adoption of the Zio platform with cardiologists, EPs, and other clinical stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in medical device sales, is strategic, goal-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years in medical device or healthcare technology sales.
• Experience in cardiology, electrophysiology, and integrated delivery networks (IDNs) is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development & Market Expansion: identify new opportunities and build a territory growth plan; manage full sales cycle from lead to close.
• Strategic Selling & Customer Engagement: deliver data-driven presentations; build relationships with KOLs and executives; navigate complex healthcare environments.
• Account & Territory Management: maintain pipeline with Salesforce; forecast, plan, and report; train and support accounts; coordinate cross-functional teams.
