iRhythm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a high-performing, field-based Territory Manager for the Raleigh–West, North Carolina territory.

You will accelerate growth by acquiring new business, expanding iRhythm's footprint in health systems, and capturing market share within a defined geographic area. The role focuses on driving adoption of the Zio platform with cardiologists, electrophysiologists, and other clinical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience may substitute for education.
• 5+ years of successful sales experience, with 3+ years in medical device or healthcare technology sales.
• Experience in cardiology/EPs and IDNs is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to capture market share and launch new territories/products.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in EPs, cardiologists, and administrators.
• Develop and execute a territory growth plan focused on market penetration and product adoption.
• Lead full sales cycle from lead generation to contract close and onboarding.
• Maintain robust pipeline and forecast accuracy using Salesforce; support cross-functional teams.
