iRhythm Technologies, Inc. seeks a high-performing Territory Manager for Raleigh, NC, to accelerate growth by acquiring new business and expanding footprint across health systems.

You will drive adoption of the Zio platform among cardiologists, EPs, and clinicians, leading the full sales cycle in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment. The role requires 5+ years in medical device or healthcare tech sales, with strong strategic selling, CRM proficiency, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
• 5+ years of successful sales experience, with 3+ years in medical device or healthcare technology sales.
• Experience in cardiology/EP and IDNs is a plus.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans in complex healthcare environments.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within hospitals, IDNs, and private practices.
• Lead full sales cycle from lead generation to contract close and onboarding.
• Deliver data-driven presentations communicating clinical and economic value of the Zio platform.
• Build relationships with KOLs, physicians, and executive stakeholders to develop advocates.
• Manage territory using Salesforce for forecasting, planning, and reporting.
