iRhythm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a high-performing Territory Manager for the Raleigh - West, North Carolina territory to accelerate growth by acquiring new business and expanding iRhythm’s footprint across health systems.

You will drive adoption of the Zio platform among cardiologists, EPs, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in medical device or healthcare technology sales, is strategic and goal-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful sales experience, including medical device or healthcare tech sales.
• Proven ability to capture market share and launch new territories/products.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities targeting EPs, cardiologists, and healthcare admins in hospitals, IDNs, and private practices.
• Develop territory growth plans emphasizing market penetration and long-term value.
• Lead full sales cycle from lead gen to contract close and onboarding.
• Manage pipeline with Salesforce for forecasting and territory planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Analyze territory performance and market trends to refine strategies.
