Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5+ years in medical device or healthcare technology sales.
• Experience in cardiology/IDN markets is a plus.
• Proven ability to develop strategic sales plans.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within EPs, cardiologists, and healthcare admins in hospitals and private practices.
• Develop territory growth plans focusing on market penetration and product adoption.
• Lead full sales cycle from lead gen to contract close and onboarding.
• Maintain Salesforce-based forecasting and territory reporting.
