Job summary

iRhythm Technologies is seeking a high-performing Territory Manager to accelerate growth by acquiring new business and expanding iRhythm’s footprint across major health systems in a defined US territory. You will drive adoption of the Zio platform with cardiologists and EPs, leading the full sales cycle and building lasting partnerships.

The role requires a proven medical device sales background, strategic mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, healthcare-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful sales experience, with minimum 3 years in medical device or healthcare tech sales.
• Experience in cardiology, electrophysiology, and IDNs is preferred.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead full sales cycle from lead generation to contract close and onboarding.
• Identify opportunities within hospitals, IDNs, and private practices and drive territory growth.
• Develop and execute territory growth plans focused on product adoption and customer value.
