Job summary

iRhythm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Territory Manager for the Eastern WA & Montana region. This field-based role focuses on expanding adoption of the Zio platform among cardiologists, EPs, and healthcare stakeholders in a remote US territory.

You will own the full sales cycle, develop strategic plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize customer value and growth. Travel is required to cover the territory effectively.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in medical device or healthcare technology.
• Experience selling to cardiology/EP and IDNs is preferred.
• Proven ability to develop strategic territory plans and drive market share.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory growth plan to expand Zio platform adoption.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycle from lead gen to contract and onboarding.
• Build relationships with KOLs, physicians, and healthcare executives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Analyze territory performance and adjust strategies to meet targets.
