iRhythm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a high-performing Territory Manager, field-based, to accelerate growth by acquiring new business and expanding across US health systems. Focus on Zio platform adoption with cardiology and EP stakeholders in a remote US territory.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of medical device or healthcare tech sales, strong strategic thinking, and a proven ability to drive market share in complex environments. Travel ~4.5 days/week as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; education and experience may be substituted.
• 5+ years in sales, with at least 3 years in medical device or healthcare tech sales.
• Experience in cardiology, electrophysiology, and IDNs is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to launch new territories/products and grow market share.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with EPs, cardiologists, and healthcare admins.
• Develop territory growth plans focused on adoption, penetration, and value.
• Lead full sales cycle from lead gen to contract close and onboarding.
• Maintain forecast, territory health, and reporting in Salesforce.
