iRhythm Technologies is seeking a high‑performing Territory Manager to accelerate growth across US health systems, driving Zio adoption with cardiologists and EPs. You will lead market expansion, build strategic alliances, and oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in medical device or healthcare technology sales, with territory planning and value‑based selling success. Travel ~4.5 days/week and CRM proficiency are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of successful sales experience, with at least 3 years in medical device or healthcare technology sales.
• Experience in cardiology/EP and integrated delivery networks (IDNs) is highly desirable.
• Proven success launching new territories/products and displacing incumbents through value-based selling.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans in complex environments.

• New Business Development & Market Expansion: cultivate opportunities among EPs, cardiologists, and healthcare admins in hospitals and IDNs.
• Strategic Selling & Customer Engagement: deliver data-driven value presentations and build relationships with KOLs and executives.
• Account & Territory Management: maintain pipeline, forecast, and coordinate cross-functional teams for a seamless customer experience.
• Market Intelligence & Performance Monitoring: analyze territory trends and share insights to improve strategy.
