Job summary

iRhythm Technologies is seeking a high-performing Field-based Territory Manager to accelerate growth by expanding the Zio platform footprint across hospitals and health systems in a defined US territory. You will own new business development, strategic selling, and end-to-end sales cycles.

You’ll engage cardiologists, EPs, and other clinical stakeholders, build strong relationships, and utilize Salesforce to manage a robust pipeline while traveling ~4.5 days/week in the field.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful sales experience, incl. 3+ years in medical device/healthcare technology sales.
• Experience in cardiology/EP and IDNs is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in hospitals, IDNs, and private practices.
• Lead territory growth, focus on product adoption, and long-term customer value.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead gen to close and onboarding.
• Maintain robust pipeline and accurate forecasting using Salesforce.com.
