iRhythm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a high-performing, field-based Territory Manager to accelerate growth by acquiring new business and expanding iRhythm’s footprint across the US healthcare landscape.

You will drive Zio platform adoption among cardiologists, EPs, and other clinical stakeholders in a remote US territory. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in medical device sales, is strategic, goal-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree; minimum 5+ years of sales, with at least 3 years in medical device or healthcare tech.
• Experience in cardiology/EP and IDNs preferred.
• Proven success in launching new territories and capturing market share.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel ~4.5 days/week in field.

Aufgaben

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with EPs, cardiologists, and healthcare admins.
• Develop and execute territory growth plans focused on product adoption and long-term value.
• Lead full sales cycle from lead generation to contract close and onboarding.
• Maintain Salesforce-based pipeline, forecast and reporting.
• Collaborate with KAMs, CX, FSRs, Payer Relations, Billing, and Marketing to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Monitor territory performance and market trends to adjust strategies.
