Job summary

iRhythm Technologies is seeking a high-performing Territory Manager to accelerate growth by acquiring new business and expanding the company’s footprint across strategic health systems in a defined U.S. territory.

You will drive Zio platform adoption among cardiologists, EPs, and other stakeholders, lead the full sales cycle, and manage a robust Salesforce-backed pipeline in a fast-paced, opportunity-rich environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience, with 3+ years in medical device or healthcare tech.
• Experience in cardiology, electrophysiology, and IDNs preferred.
• Strong ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development & Market Expansion: identify opportunities among EPs, cardiologists, and healthcare admins; develop a territory growth plan; lead full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding.
• Strategic Selling & Customer Engagement: deliver data-driven presentations, articulate clinical and economic value, build relationships with KOLs and executives to foster advocacy.
• Account & Territory Management: build a robust Salesforce-based pipeline, forecast accurately, manage accounts, coordinate with cross-functional teams for a seamless customer experience.
• Market Intelligence & Performance Monitoring: analyze territory performance and market trends; provide leadership feedback; strive to meet or exceed sales targets.
