Job summary
iRhythm Technologies is seeking a high-performing Territory Manager to accelerate growth by acquiring new business and expanding iRhythm’s footprint across health systems in a defined US territory. You will drive Zio platform adoption among cardiologists, EPs, and other clinical stakeholders, leading the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding.
You will build strategic plans, engage KOLs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer value.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of successful sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years in medical device or healthcare technology sales.
- Experience in cardiology, electrophysiology, and integrated delivery networks (IDNs) is preferred.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans in complex environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract close and onboarding.
- Deliver data-driven presentations communicating clinical and economic value of the Zio platform.
- Build relationships with key opinion leaders, physicians, and executives to advocate for the product.
- Manage territory using Salesforce for forecasting, planning, and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
