Job summary

iRhythm Technologies is seeking a high-performing, field-based Territory Manager to accelerate growth by acquiring new business across hospitals, IDNs, and private practices within a defined US territory. You will drive Zio platform adoption among cardiologists, EPs, and other clinical stakeholders.

You will own the full sales cycle, build a robust pipeline in Salesforce, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and travel as needed (approx. 4.5 days/week).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience may substitute
• 5+ years sales experience in medical devices or healthcare technology
• Experience in cardiology/EP and IDNs
• CRM experience, Salesforce preferred

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in hospitals and IDNs.
• Develop territory growth plan and drive market penetration.
• Lead full sales cycle from lead gen to contract and onboarding.
• Deliver data-driven presentations on clinical and economic value of the Zio platform.
• Build relationships with KOLs, physicians, and executives.
• Forecast using Salesforce and manage pipeline.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for customer experience.
