Job summary

iRhythm Technologies is seeking a high-performing Territory Manager for a remote US role covering the Richmond, VA area. You will drive new business with hospitals, IDNs, and cardiology partners, manage the full sales cycle, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adoption of the Zio platform.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in medical device or healthcare technology sales, proven territory expansion success, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful sales experience in medical device or healthcare tech.
• Experience in cardiology/EP or IDNs helpful.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• New business development and market expansion in the defined territory.
• Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to close and onboarding.
• Build relationships with KOLs, physicians, and executive stakeholders to drive adoption.
