Job summary

iRhythm Technologies is seeking a high-performing Territory Manager to accelerate growth by acquiring new business across hospitals, IDNs, and private practices, with a focus on cardiology and electrophysiology.

You will lead the full sales cycle, manage pipelines in Salesforce, and collaborate with clinical and commercial teams to drive adoption of the Zio platform and deliver measurable clinical and economic value. Willingness to travel and strong relationship-building are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful sales experience in medical devices or healthcare technology.
• Strong preference for cardiology/EP domain knowledge.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic territory plans.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development & Market Expansion: identify and cultivate opportunities with EPs, cardiologists, and healthcare admins; lead territory growth and full sales cycle from lead to close.
• Strategic Selling & Customer Engagement: deliver data-driven presentations, build physician and executive relationships, drive value-based selling.
• Account & Territory Management: manage pipeline in Salesforce, forecast accurately, coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Market Intelligence & Performance Monitoring: analyze territory data, track trends, and adjust strategies to meet sales goals.
