Job summary

iRhythm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a high-performing, field-based Territory Manager to accelerate growth by acquiring new business and expanding footprint across health systems in a defined geographic territory.

The role focuses on driving adoption of the Zio platform with cardiologists, electrophysiologists, and other strategic clinical stakeholders. Ideal candidates have medical device sales experience and thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful sales experience, with 3+ years in medical device or healthcare technology sales.
• Experience in cardiology/EP and integrated delivery networks (IDNs) preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Lead full sales cycle from lead generation to contract close.
• Develop territory growth plan and drive product adoption.
• Cultivate relationships with KOLs, physicians, and executive stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
