Job summary

Kestra Medical Technologies seeks a Territory Manager to independently secure new business and manage a US territory from remote locations. The role includes training, product service, and reimbursement support for clinicians across diverse settings.

Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, developing key accounts, and coordinating with Clinical Advisors. Requires 5+ years in medical device sales, a Bachelor's, and ability to travel up to 90% domestically.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful medical device sales experience.
• 3+ years of outside sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Must reside in assigned territory.
• Ability to drive an automobile with a valid driver's license and acceptable completion of a motor vehicle report (MVR).
• Demonstrated strong business acumen and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office, including MS Teams.
• Post‑offer credentialing for hospital systems (vaccination, background checks, drug screening, hospital policies, HIPAA training, Bloodborne Pathogens, Electrical/Fire Safety).

Responsibilities

• Sell Kestra products and provide ongoing support.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Develop trusted partner relationships with key accounts within the territory.
• Prepare quarterly Business Plans for Regional Sales Leadership.
• Adhere to Kestra policies and budgeted expenses.
• Attend key exhibits and conventions as required.
• Coordinate patient interactions with Clinical Advisors and Customer Care.
• Provide timely feedback to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to implement market strategies.
• Manage sales cycle from introduction to product delivery.
• Build long-term partnerships from sales calls and manage pipeline.
• Proactively maintain positive client relationships and respond to issues.
• Maintain records and sales data; adhere to confidentiality policies.
