Job summary

Kestra Medical Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to independently secure new business and manage a sales area, often remotely from Kestra offices.

You will contact and advise clients across clinical settings, provide training and product support, and assist in reimbursement processes. The role requires 5+ years in medical device sales, 3+ years outside sales, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of medical device sales experience.
• 3+ years of outside sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent experience.
• Must reside in the assigned territory.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Sell and provide ongoing support for Kestra products.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Build trusted partner relationships with key accounts.
• Prepare quarterly business plans and present to leadership.
• Maintain records and sales data and manage the sales pipeline.
