The role emphasizes growing partnerships, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with Sales and Marketing leadership to implement market strategies. Travel within the assigned territory is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful medical device sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell Kestra products and provide ongoing support to customers.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and performance goals.
• Develop and nurture trusted accounts and stakeholders within the territory.
• Prepare quarterly business plans and present to Regional Sales Leadership.
• Coordinate with Clinical Advisors and Customer Care team on patient interaction and outcomes.
• Maintain records and sales data; manage pipeline from introduction to delivery.
