Job summary

Kestra Medical Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to independently drive new business and manage a defined sales area, often remotely. You will train customers, support products, and assist in reimbursement processes within clinical settings.

The role requires 5+ years in medical device sales, excellent communication, and the ability to travel up to 90%. A Bachelor's degree in business or related field is required, with residency in the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful medical device sales experience
• 3+ years of outside sales experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
• Must reside in assigned territory
• Strong business acumen and communication skills
• Familiarity with MS Office including MS Teams

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales and ongoing support of Kestra products
• Meet/exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
• Develop trusted partner relationships with key accounts
• Prepare quarterly Business Plans for Regional Sales Leadership
• Coordinate patient interaction with Clinical Advisors and Customer Care
• Work with Sales/Marketing teams to implement market strategies
• Manage sales cycle from introduction to product delivery
• Maintain records and sales data
• Adhere to confidentiality policies
